Huista

The Women Producer coffee from CODECH features coffee from women-owned or managed farms in Guatemala. The women receive a premium for their coffee, part of which funds health programs, including a women’s health workshop in Concepción Huista.

CODECH, founded in 1998, focuses on women’s participation in society and sustainable farming. They promote farm renovation, organic certification, and independence from transnationals. CODECH offers various workshops, including organic farming, women’s rights, leadership, and healthcare, to empower the community and meet the growing demand for organic products.
