Returns & Issues
If something isn't right with your order, damaged packaging, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work to make it right.
Due to the nature of fresh coffee, we're unable to accept returns on opened coffee packs.
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be used across our online store. They do not expire and are non-refundable. If you have trouble redeeming a gift card, we're here to help.
